What is the Explorers’ Holiday Club? The Explorers’ Holiday Club is a summer holiday club for both boys and girls in primary school years 1 - 6. The club is very popular and attracts about 120 children from local schools. When will the Explorers’ Holiday Club run? The club took place on the mornings of 11 – 15th August 2008. We hope to hold a similar event in the summer of 2009. What do we do at Explorers? The club has a high energy, action packed, programme including games, craft, stories, music and many other activities. The 2008 club, called Champions Challenge, had a sporting theme to tie in with the Olympic Games.
